Express Courier, the authorised partner for UPS and UPS SCS in Bosnia and Herzegovina, was among the participants of the 3rd International Logistics Conference in BiH, organized by the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina (VTK/STK BiH).

The event brought together more than 200 representatives from the transport and logistics sector, freight forwarding, distribution, international organizations, and domestic institutions, with the goal of exchanging experiences and strengthening cooperation in developing more efficient and sustainable logistics solutions.

Representing Express Courier, General Manager Mirza Bavčić took part as a panelist in the session “Green, Sustainable, and Reverse Logistics,” which addressed key topics of modern logistics operations — from building customer loyalty through flexible pickup experiences and maximizing the value of returned goods, to optimizing out-of-home deliveries and promoting recycling within the supply chain.

By participating in this conference, Express Courier reaffirmed its commitment to the development of the logistics sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to following global trends toward a more sustainable, digitalized, and responsible logistics industry.
